One of the best things about “Q-ing” is the variety of things you can do with sauce! The fundamental ingredient is the Kraft BBQ sauce, of course. What I love is that you can add different spices and transform food! Here’s my favorite example with Asian Honey BBQ Chicken Drummettes. The addition of the soy sauce, ginger, and garlic powder really brings out the delicious tangy taste in the chicken!
Just a quick tip when grilling these beauties, when brushing the chicken on the grill, be sure to use fresh sauce. You don’t want to contaminate it with the old sauce that was used to marinate the chicken. Let me know how they come out for you. Enjoy!
