
I’m a big fan of BBQ chicken, but sometimes you’re in the mood for a salad, but I love BBQ. The best way to combine the best of both worlds is easy… a Barbecue Ranch Chicken Salad! This is without a doubt my favorite salad. What I really love about it, is that it’s ready in only 25 minutes!
If you want to cut back a bit on calories, you can use Kraft Light Ranch dressing and Kraft Natural 2% Milk Reduced Fat Colby & Monterey Jack Crumbles. You’ll be trimming off 40 calories and 6 grams of fat per serving! Enjoy!

Makes: 6 servings, 1-3/4 cups each
- 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) mixed salad greens
- 1 large tomato, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup sliced red onions
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Natural Sharp Cheddar Cheese Crumbles
- COOK chicken and barbecue sauce in large skillet on medium-high heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- TOSS greens with chicken, tomatoes and onions in large bowl.
- TOP with dressing and cheese.
