barbecued-chicken-packet-56585The sun is setting, you’re home alone, and you have no idea what to put on the dinner table for yourself. You’ve got some leftover chicken breast in the refrigerator, a pineapple ring (from the pineapple smoothie you made this morning), and a green pepper. You take a look around the kitchen counter and notice that there’s some foil and a little bit of KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce left. What to make? A Barbecued Chicken Packet!

This easy recipe is great if you don’t feel like spending too much time with your grill or if you’re cooking solo. In my opinion, the best part about this recipe is that cooking with foil always makes cleaning a breeze. That’s always a major plus in my book!
