bbq_shrimpHave you ever heard that line “put another shrimp on the bar’bay!”  Well I’m sure they were referring to these beauties because they look delicious!  Just looking at the picture you can tell that these succulent shrimp are sure to put a smile on everyone’s face at your next barbecue.  You usually have to dine-out to get these kinds of results, but not anymore!  You can still have people tip you though…

If you want to add a little extra taste, you can thread about 3 cups of cut-up vegetables (red or green pepper chunks, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, sliced zucchini, onion wedges) and/or pineapple chunks alternately onto skewers with shrimp. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled with tails left on, deveined
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

Directions

  1. HEAT grill to medium-high heat. Thread shrimp onto 8 skewers.
  2. GRILL 2 min. on each side or until shrimp turn pink, brushing occasionally with barbecue sauce.
